Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging intact. Please ensure that the item is not damaged or altered in any way before returning it.

  2. Prepare the Package: Repackage the item securely in its original packaging. Include a copy of the original invoice or receipt if possible.
  3. Ship the Item: Return shipping is at the buyer's expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the item reaches us safely.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
